Our staff is then able to decide the proper method of repairing your basement. A typical repair involves hand digging, cleaning of the wall, parging any loose or cracked concrete, applying a rubber membrane, installing a drainage clad, and inspecting the weeping tile.
INTERIOR REPAIR:
This method is commonly used if your basement is a poured solid foundation wall, in addition if areas are hard to acess from the outside which include underground gas utilities, landscaping, structural features (i.e gazebos, decks, or sheds) A typical repair involves the cleaning of the wall and crack, Small T-Ports are then placed along the crack and held in place with an epoxy compound. Once the compound has dried, an epoxy resin is then injected through the T-Ports sealing and waterproofing the crack.
